MedSynergies and PHMG Join to Provide Turn-Key Revenue Cycle Software for Emergency Dept. and Hospitalist Physicians

DALLAS – September 20, 2005 – MedSynergies and Piedmont Healthcare Management Group (PHMG) of Charlotte , N.C. , today announced a joint venture to provide comprehensive revenue cycle management solutions for Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist Medicine physician practices. Using digital processes, PHMG and MedSynergies will be integrating their proprietary software and information systems to deliver a unified, turn-key revenue cycle solution. Together, they will provide client practices with an unmatched array of data and reports to improve clinical and fiscal performance.
