MedSynergies Adds Extensive Depth to its Sales & Marketing Team with the Hire of Three Leaders from Director to SVP Level

Clayton Harbeck, Huntley McNabb and Patti McCoy Bring Vast Industry Knowledge and Experience to the MedSynergies Teams

DALLAS – July 5, 2006 – MedSynergies Inc., a leading provider of healthcare revenue cycle services and technology, today announced three new additions to its Sales & Marketing division. Clayton Harbeck, Huntley McNabb and Patti McCoy bring a deep industry understanding and extensive experience of healthcare technology and financial services to the MedSynergies team.

Clayton Harbeck joins MedSynergies as senior vice president of sales and marketing. With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the technology industry, Harbeck will be instrumental in building and leading the sales and marketing team. During his career, he has held a variety of sales and marketing positions in organizations ranging in size from 150 to 55,000.

Prior to joining MedSynergies, Harbeck served as vice president of sales for Affiliated Computer Systems Inc. and held executive sales management positions at Savvioon Inc., Covansys Inc., Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS) and Perot Systems Inc. He is a native of Illinois and graduate of Illinois State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree.

As vice president of marketing, Huntley McNabb joins MedSynergies to lead the marketing processes and communications efforts necessary for the company to continue its aggressive growth strategy. During his career, McNabb has successfully implemented internal and external corporate communications activities, as well as guided global, multi-channel lead generation efforts.

Previously, McNabb was senior director of marketing at Pegasus Solutions Inc., where he led the global marketing team responsible for managing marketing processes and promotional efforts necessary for the company to grow its business. He has also held senior marketing management positions at TRX Inc., and Sabre Inc.

McNabb is a graduate of Rice University in Houston, Texas, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature. He also received his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Patti McCoy joins MedSynergies as the director of marketing and is responsible for managing the day-to-day strategic marketing and communications efforts for the company. McCoy brings an extensive background of directing strategic campaigns, product development and establishing Web-based marketing initiatives. During her career, McCoy has held a variety of marketing and sales positions with healthcare leaders, such as Johnson and Johnson Inc., PRIMEDIA Healthcare and Essilor of America.

McCoy received her bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology from Texas Woman’s University, and her master’s degree in management from Webster University in St. Louis, Mo.
