MedSynergies Grows Revenues by 30% in 2004; Adds Sales Offices in Phoenix, Omaha, St. Louis, Kansas City and Atlanta

DALLAS – February 14, 2005 – MedSynergies, Inc., a leading provider of financial and technology services to physician practices and medical clinics, reported today that it now has over 650 healthcare providers under contract with $16 million in revenue, up 30% from 2003. The company now serves healthcare providers in 21 states.

In addition, the company said it has expanded its sales and service regions and added five additional sales consultants who will work out of new offices in Phoenix, Omaha, Kansas City, St. Louis and Atlanta. Existing locations include Dallas, Philadelphia, Orlando, Little Rock and Urbana-Champaign, IL.

According to John R. Thomas, president and chief executive officer of MedSynergies, “We expect our accelerated organic growth to continue in 2005 as we expand our geographic reach and service offerings. We are now actively marketing in the Mid West and West. We will also be adding new services to appeal to large medical groups, hospitals, and institutional provider groups. We will continue to use our capital for organic sales support as well as strategic acquisitions.

Founded in 1996, MedSynergies received $24 million in funding from FT Ventures in August 2004. MedSynergies integrates leading software programs into the daily operations of healthcare providers and helps optimize their revenues and accelerate cash flow while reducing costs. The average client has A/R days of 35 versus an industry average of 70 and a first-pass payer denial rate of 8% versus an industry average of 25%.
