MedSynergies Names Ellen Mahony as VP of Client Services; Former EDS Client Delivery Executive to Oversee Development of New Services

DALLAS – January 27, 2005 – MedSynergies, Inc., a leading provider of financial and technology services to physician practices and medical clinics around the country, has named Ellen C. Mahony as vice president, client services. In this position, she will be responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing delivery of all current services. As the company continues to expand its technology capabilities, Mahony will also be a leader in reviewing client needs and developing new company services.

In her 23 year career with EDS, Mahony held a variety of leadership positions including director of program management and operations; regional technical infrastructure manager supporting a variety of EDS clients; and has led a number of design and solution engineering projects in support of client satisfaction and delivery excellence. Mahony holds a BA from the University of Texas.

Her leadership will be very important as we bring our current array of services to new geographic regions and begin creating and delivering additional products."
