Don Dale
President, MedSynergies Surgical Division

Don Dale leads the Surgical Division for MedSynergies, Inc. Don has extensive experience in healthcare management and advisory services. He has served as a business advisor to a wide variety of physician entities and has a proven track record in the management of growth-oriented companies.

Prior to the merger between MedSynergies and Practice Performance, Mr. Dale served as Practice Performance's President. Before joining Practice Performance, Mr. Dale was the Director of Finance for a national clinical laboratory with responsibilities for all medical insurance and physician billing, accounting, financial reporting and human resource functions.

Mr. Dale started his career in the accounting group of Ernst & Young focusing on healthcare issues. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in accounting from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
